This week we discuss an inconvenient piece of America history: the Comanche tribe. Modern American media and education paints one picture of pre-Columbian and early contact American Indian tribes. They treat this collection of disparate tribes as a monolith and always within the current year victim/oppressor framework. We discuss the Comanche tribe, which turns much of that convenient collection of lies on its head. The Comanche went from a small tribe toughing out a bleak existence into a dominating nomadic forces on the southern plains. They kept the Spanish and French hemmed in from the interior of the continent and fought America forces viciously. They did this all without ever numbering more than 40,000 people.

In this week’s news of the fortnight, we cover the Wisconsin Primary, AIPAC’s spending in Michigan, traitorous natsec figures, Luigi Magione’s plea deal, and AI reading minds. We also shortened up the intro music as we received feedback that 30 seconds was not needed. We shortened it to 15 so you only have to hit skip 15 once.
