This week’s episode tackles the problem that generations have when discussing a job, a career or working in the corporate world. What is a career now? The old 20th century concept of climbing the ladder has almost disappeared as the structure of corporations has changed. When did this start and how have corporations reacted to their own over-pruning of org charts? This is part of the frustration with Boomers who are not retiring. They occupy some of the reduced numbers of management slots left.
